Registration Policy

Terms & Conditions

Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign to a category deemed fit.

DD/Cheque should be in favor of “OSSAPCON 2027” and should reach the Secretariat office within 10 days of the DD/Cheque issuing date via speed post/registered post/courier.

Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in the conference account.

Please send forms and payment promptly well ahead of the slab transition period.

Cancellation Information

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your conference registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at ossapcon2027@gmail.com clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email must be sent from the address you used while registering.

Up to 2 Months Before

50%

50% of base registration fee will be refunded.

Up to 1 Month Before

25%

25% of base registration fee will be refunded.

Within 1 Month

No refund will be provided.

All refunds will be processed after 45 days from the completion of the conference.

Time stamp of the email will be considered as the official date of cancellation request.
